Artist Nems Signed to Paul Rosenberg Dreams of Collaboration With Eminem

New York’s artist Nems got signed to Goliath Records, founded by Eminem’s longtime manager Paul Rosenberg, earlier this summer. His new album “Rise of the Silverback” is about to drop and both the artist and the head of the label are looking forward to it. What else Nems is looking forward to is a joint with the head of Shady Records, the artist said on the AllHipHop podcast recently: If Em gave me a verse, that would be next-level s###. At this point, I don’t even know if he knows who I am. I would assume he did, but if he don’t, Em’s one of the biggest artists in the world. [A collaboration] would be a dream come true, but I try not [to expect anything]. At this point of me being in the game this long, it’s like I’ma just keep going with my head down. And if it happens, it happens. If not, so be it. If it’s supposed to happen, it’s gonna. It is not a given fact that being signed to Em’s manager’s label makes it easier for Nems to get a feature from Rap God. It only works for Shady Records. Ez Mil confirmed the pattern recently: every new Shady Records artist gets a verse from Marshall to put on their label debut, which increases their exposure tremendously. Same Ez Mil, for instance, had around 300,000 monthly listeners on YouTube the next day after his joint with Eminem dropped. Now, the number of Ez Mil’s monthly listeners on the platform is approaching 3 million. The post Artist Nems Signed to Paul Rosenberg Dreams of Collaboration With Eminem first appeared on Eminem.Pro - the biggest and most trusted source of Eminem.
